I didn't do too much yesterday afternoon. Kept watching the news and thinking of how I read a series called Tomorrow when the war began. It's an Australian series and available now here in the states and if you haven't read it you should at least try to read it. It's a children's novel, really a teenager's novel, and is quite cool. A group of about seven friends camp over a weekend, and when Australia gets invaded they basically miss being captured. The series goes over the whole war in which they become guerrilla warriors and kick butt basically. It just made me think because I know there are guerrillas who feel the same as those who were invaded in Australia, and wonder if it may be close to the same situation. I know that the invasion has to happen, but it seems so feutile the loss of life. Will it really be worth it, I am not sure.
I spent the evening having lots of msn conversations, like five at one time. I wish there was a way to use msn over the web here, that'd be cool. I enjoyed watching no news besides the Evening News, and I plan to continue this trend. It's all depressing really. I can't wait for the world and my life to return to normal. more later
