Fiona and me in the snow

My Jacked Up day, a summary

Its breezy tonight and that breeze connected with the below normal temperatures makes it feel quite chillly tonight. Fall is coming soon, winter not far off, and I realized today that by then I will have journalled for a whole year, something I haven't done since I was very young. I think it is for the simple reason that I know people read this thing that I keep writing. Maybe some day I will go back and read it in its entirety but as I've said before, it might take me a while.

My room is sparklingly clean thanks to my sister. Its definitely worth the $20 that I pay her. She feels guilty for asking me for money but my idea is that she probably needs the money more than I so why not pay her for something she does well. She helps me out a lot and I could not have found a better sister, I am blessed.

I haven't done much today but theorize and think about how I'm going to do my assignments. After I finish writing, I WILL finish my computer methods assignment I keep saying I'm going to finish. Now that I know that I can say the solution is in fact jacked up and quite impossible to solve.

So with that I'll continue drinking this freshly brewed and very strong coffee I've made for the purpose of putting me into writing mood. The manual I had planned to run through the document feeder won't happen this weekend as there's just too much glue to remove for me to debind the thing by hand enough. This book just for your reference, is a soft cover book about 1000 pages. What I had planned to do is remove the inding by hand. I suppose they bind things better than I thought.

Well, time to close. The word for the week is "jacked up". I've been using it a lot lately in daily speech mostly because my TA in analytical chemistry lab used it to describe several things that were going wrong with equipment in the lab. Apparently we have lots of jacked up equipment. So, I suppose I'll write more when I can come up with more jacked up things to say.
