Fiona and me in the snow

(no subject)

Let's see how long the stupid network stays up so I can post an entry. Lately, the thing has been coming up and down a whole lot lately, which is annoying when you are trying to submit an assignment electronically, or do an internet radio show, anyway, enough of that.

Brunch went quite well yesterday though since I didn't know many of the people and have as of now just started reading some new people (welcome to my new friends by the way), I just kind of took it all in, and realized how crazy us lj people are. The most interesting phenomena I realized was that we all didn't know who the hell we were talking about by first name or last name, nothing simple like that. I still don't know everyone's actual names to this day. We know, and always probably will know, each other by our lj names first and formost. God bless the internet and live journal eh?

I did my lab final this morning, and got that out of the way. So that means I'm finally finished with that stupid class. I don't know how well I actually did on the test, but I think I did ok.

Finally also finished our Design project, which also is a relief. So today has been a great day of great finishes.

On a final note. I almost felt like Dorothy in Kansas today with all the wind. I swear one of the gusts today must have been over 40 miles per hour. I was glad I was holding on to Fiona for I'm sure I would have lifted off the ground. Today and tomorrow I plan to continue packing for tomorrow's trip home. I will welcome the time that I'll have to relax, to read, and to generally have fun, something I haven't been able to do for a while. It'll be great!
