First off, I'm extremely jealous that you have a Macaroni Grille close enough to you to go on a date to. I love that place and the nearest one to me is in Akron Ohio which is an hour and a half away and I don't have a justifiable reason for my husband to drive me there to eat. What kills me is that they have been running Macaroni Grille commericals on TV here for about two years. Talk about torture, especially when you're about 10 weeks pregnant and eating everything in sight.

Also, an enchilada cook off sounds extremely awesome. We don't have those in Western Pennsyltucky : (

Yes, we definitely enjoyed the Macaroni Grill, lots and lots of food and large portions. I can totally understand being annoyed by the distance to said Macaroni Grille. I knew it was popular when we had to wait for like an hour and a half to be seated. It's not like I hadn't been there before, I just hadn't been there in a while, so it was definitely a new experience, kind of like going for the first time again. The chicken parmazan was as big as my headd, for real. I'm having it for lunch today.

Enchilada cook-offs? We don't have those here in east Tennessee either, but I wanted to show them some true Arizona/Sonoran Mexican food. I could have shredded the beef, but ... that could've taken a while. *mouth waters as I think about them* Too bad I didn't get seonds of my own enchiladas. Vultures! Thanks for your comment, you're always insightful and take the ime to comment, I'm glad you're myt LJ friend. Good luck with the baby.
