ouch

`I wonder how I'm going to make it to the studio this morning. I got up this morning to use the bathroom and stepped on the little step to go into the bathroom, and I must have stepped real hard or real weird because I felt a slight pop in my left foot then a bit of pain. This is normal for when you hurt something, i always hurts more later. My diagnosis is either that I've stress fractured (a crack in the bone) or pulled a ligament or both. There's nothing that doctors can do but tell you to take it easy or something, so I guess I'll give it my best shot at "taking it easy". I *really* don't want to go to the ER because I tend to freak / confuse doctors out and I figure I am better at diagnosing myself than they are, ehhehe. Anyway, It doesn't hurt at all when I'm not putting weight on it so that tells me its probably moresomething muscular / join related rather than bone but you never can tell with these things. HOpefully soon / a week for now I'll be able to walk and enjoy it again :(.
